Nose

Sweet fruits, sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice

Palate

Sherry soaked raisins, black toffee and banana cake

Treacle tart, pineapple, Oxford marmalade, ginger spice and dates

From Cask To Glass

Our new make spirit begins its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.

For its final maturation the whisky is then transferred into casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry.
