A refined and fragrant single malt, beautifully orchestrating first fill ex-bourbon, exclusive Apostoles & Matusalem sherry, and French Cabernet Sauvignon cask finishes.
Under the watchful eye of our Master Distiller, the liquid is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives its first base of soft vanilla and honey notes.
The whisky is apportioned between first fill ex-bourbon casks, Apostoles and Matusalem sherry casks and Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. The four parts are then brought back together to harmonise.
Volume: 100cl ABV: 41.5%
Casks of Apostoles Sherry, Small Batch Bourbon, Matusalem Sherry and the ‘King of Grapes’ Cabernet Sauvignon come together in total harmony. Elegant and refined with every drop.
