American white oak ex-bourbon casks and Amosoro oloroso casks are expertly brought together to create intriguing and distinguished flavours.
Stored and matured in our dunnage warehouse no. 4, the dark and damp conditions allowed this whisky to thrive.
Beginning its life in an American white oak ex-bourbon cask, the spirit developed its character over 17 long years before being transferred into Amoroso oloroso sherry butts for its final flourish. It stayed there for a further three years teasing out intriguing flavours such as coconut, maple syrup and tangy liquorice.

The Flavour Profile
This whisky has benefitted from its long maturation in our dunnage warehouse. A slow and even maturation in this cool and earthy warehouse, has allowed us to mature this whisky for a longer period of time
