The Dalmore L'Anima with Massimo Bottura

A celebration of tradition and innovation that unites two masters of their craft. The Dalmore L'Anima Aged 49 Years is a collaboration between whisky making icon Richard Paterson and the world's most influential chef, Massimo Bottura, in recognition of their unwavering approach to reinvention, quality, and flavour complexity.

This one of a kind bottling will be auctioned at Sotheby's from 25 April to 9 May, with all proceeds benefiting Bottura's non-profit organisation, Food for Soul.
