The Portfolio Series pairs specially commissioned works of art with masterpieces of whisky making. We worked with V&A Dundee, Scotland’s design museum, to find partners to create masterpieces of design tailored to accompany an amazing trio of whiskies.

The third of our Portfolio Series partners, KMG, was influenced by the flavours of the three red wine finishes, and the final designs were grounded in the flora and fauna of the land around The Dalmore distillery.
KMG began by capturing images of the area around the distillery and shoreline of the Cromarty Firth. Drawing on these natural forms, she sketched her designs, cut them out and assembled them into layered collages, building depth and composition.
The series comprises: No.1, a Bordeaux Wine Cask Finish with notes of rich vanilla, citrus and ripe fruit; No.2, a Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wine Cask Finish, with notes of crushed almonds, sweet sultanas and fresh ginger, and No.3, the pinnacle of the collection, Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish, with notes of blackcurrant, baked apples and warm, dark cocoa.Sending The Dalmore as a gift? Delivery is £4.99 or complimentary on all orders over £70.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will usually be dispatched the same day and will be delivered by DPD. Orders placed after 12pm, Friday - Sunday or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. For mainland UK, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for rural UK areas, and 5 to 10 working days for EU deliveries. All orders are delivered by courier, as advised in dispatch notification.
