The rarest Luminaries release yet
Only one of The Rare 2024 Edition will ever be available to own, with a decanter and sculpture auctioned at Sotheby’s in May 2024. All proceeds will be donated to the V&A Dundee, where a design proof will go on display. Whisky connoisseurs will also be able to view one at The Dalmore Distillery, a rare treat for fans of The Luminaries collaboration.
Sculptured to perfection
The Rare sculpture showcases multiple layers of copper glass which unveil in a continuous cascade to depict the layers of aging and flavours as the whisky blends. The appearance is of a never ending loop, with no start or end point, is an evocative expression of the unique distilling process which perfectly compliments the whisky within.

The Aroma
Fresh roasted chestnuts, blackcurrant, Doyenne pears, brioche and soft patisserie spices.
The Palate
Madagascan vanilla, rich berry fruits, cinnamon and dark cacao.
Finishing Notes
Sugared almonds and roasted Colombian coffee which lifts to a subtle sweet wood smoke.
