From Cask To Glass
Our new make spirit begins its journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
A proportion of the liquid remains in American white oak ex-bourbon casks whilst the balance is apportioned between aged Tawny Port pipes and the finest Gonzalez Byass sherry casks which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry.
The three styles are then expertly brought together, perfectly combining their unique characteristics and flavours.
