The Dalmore Cromartie

This expression was crafted as a tribute to the sacred lands of Cromartie: the seat of the Clan Mackenzie and their home Castle Leod.

Locked deep within Castle Leod is an ancient map depicting the lands of Cromartie drawn up in 1762 as part of the government’s order to map ‘rebels estates’. The map, a work of art in itself, adorns each gift box .

The vintage was first put into American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to Matusalem oloroso sherry butts from world-renowned bodega Gonzalez Byass.
